Write, develop, and strategize online content production and scheduling, build an editorial calendar
Create, edit, publish, and share content daily (original text, images, video, and HTML)
Create and edit imagery or video that belongs to social media posts and advertisement
Track and analyze metrics to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness; utilize this information to positively affect future outcomes
Collaborate with other departments to manage company reputation, coordinate promotions, and increase reach
Candidates must be actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in social media, marketing, digital marketing, communication or related field
Internships are not available for students who have completed their college education or who will graduate prior to the conclusion of the internship (unless immediately continuing their studies)
Experience writing content for social media and blogs
Skilled in graphic design for minor adjustments
Strong familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram etc.)
Project management skills to schedule and manage multiple concurrent campaigns
Detail oriented and good with time management
Communication and interpersonal skills for extensive interaction with internal departments
Experience interning in a social media or advertising agency
Experience using Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Khoros, and/or Sproutsocial
Hybrid work environment out of our Denver, CO office; will work 1-2 days in the office per week
Candidates must be able to work ~40 hours/week during the 12-week internship program (mid-May to mid-August)

The Marketing Intern will collaborate with multiple teams across the organization to integrate appropriate marketing strategies by researching industry trends, competitors, and regulations. Successful candidates will assist in managing multiple marketing projects, programs, and/or events prioritizing workload and completion under tight deadlines. Compensation:

The salary for this position generally ranges between $18 - $20 per hour. This range is an estimate, based on potential qualifications and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
