Job Description

- Lead the development and execution of the local GTM plan for USA following CCM Global strategic direction.
- Collaborate with the Global marketing team to plan, implement, and develop effective marketing campaigns aimed at growing brand awareness and consumer demand in USA (focus on the 3Ms)
- Build a strong relationship with the local hockey community, media outlets, influencers, retailers, clients, partners.
- Work in collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure brand and product messaging are consistent across all consumer and customer touch points.
- Act as the key point-person representing CCM USA for marketing/brand related interactions.
- Lead and develop the local marketing organization in USA, Trade and Brand activators.
- Business degree
- 8-10 years experience in marketing
- English, oral and writing
- Must thrive in fast paced environment with multiple projects & deadlines.
- Must be able to possess strong strategic thinking.
- Important attention to details and capacity to work on many projects at once
- Strong organizational, time management, presentation, written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong Excel, Email, Word and Power Point skills
- Experience in sporting goods industry an asset
- Passion for Sports (Hockey) is considered an asset

The purpose of this role is to develop, lead and execute a local GTM plan following CCM Global strategic direction in the USA. Work on propelling CCM’s brand image and awareness through an impactful execution on all consumer touchpoints, social/digital media, retail, partnerships and events. Build and maintain a strong relationship with clients, partners, and other key stakeholders within the hockey industry, build CCM hockey network in USA.

Please note that the position requires to be in the office 4 days a week. The office is located in Westborough.
