      We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with strong organization and time management skills to contribute to a multi-functional sales and marketing team. The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and measuring strategic marketing plans to amplify Messer’s brand and continuously engage with our stakeholders. The candidate should be a motivated team player who understands industry, customer and market segment needs, and works collaboratively to promote the company’s capabilities and differentiators.

      What You Will Do:
      • Proven track record in project management, creative direction, writing and editing, including marketing collateral and website content.
      • Plan and implement numerous marketing projects simultaneously and work collaboratively with employees in a wide variety of positions within the company.
      • Adept at soliciting input from subject matter experts (SMEs) and managing deadlines and collaborating with various stakeholders.
      • Ability to develop an in-depth understanding of customers, industry trends, and market segment nuances.
      • Ability to collaborate with a graphic designer to produce marketing materials that align with the brand strategy, including visual and message continuity.
      • Familiarity with managing digital assets.
      • Experience working with marketing plans that include analysis, goals and success measures.
      • Participate in defining and creating initiatives and marketing materials appropriate for Messer's market segments (aviation, federal/military, health care, higher education, industrial, science and technology).
      • Experience developing website strategy, including analytics/measurement, search engine optimization, and content direction.
      • Oversee creative and execution for conferences/tradeshows.
      • Oversee content development for advertisements.

      What You Will Bring:
      • Bachelor's degree in Communication or Marketing preferred.
      • 8-10 years of experience in the aforementioned areas.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      • Ability to communicate with ease at all levels of the organization.
      • Experience in a B2B setting and/or professional services company.
      • Working knowledge of WordPress a plus.
      • Understand measurement and analytics tools.
      • Ability to travel to Messer regions as necessary (~10%).
