Join our vibrant community at Greencroft Communities as a Marketing Manager and play a crucial role in promoting the unique benefits and exceptional care we provide to our residents. As the Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies to attract prospective residents and their families, enhance our brand presence, and foster a positive image of our senior living community.

      Essential Functions:

      • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across all channels (print, TV, website, digital, and radio) to promote Greencroft Communities.
      • Direct a team consisting of a social media content creator, and a graphic designer, and work cross-functionally with other departments to drive engagement and growth.
      • Create and oversee the design of marketing materials including brochures, flyers, advertisements, and digital content.
      • Work closely with other departments (sales, operations, and resident services) to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.
      • Analyze and optimize the customer journey from initial contact through to residency.
      • Prepare and present regular reports on marketing activities, performance metrics, and ROI.

      Education & Experience:

      • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field required.
      • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing management, preferably in the senior living or healthcare industry.
      • Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
      • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite).

      • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners
