Within this unit, the Partner Marketing & Communications (PM&C) team is responsible for all partner-facing marketing and communications activities. The PM&C Enablement team is responsible for the excellence of PM&C activities. This is done by developing, implementing, standardising, auditing and optimising tools, processes and technologies.


      To strengthen our marketing and communication capabilities, we are hiring a Marketing Manager - Lifecycle/CRM (m/f/d) who will be responsible for our marketing automation tooling (HubSpot) and will mentor marketing managers from multiple teams in becoming experts with our CRM capabilities. You will also contribute to the global planning, execution and optimization of our partner-facing campaigns across email, social and web channels. You will analyse our partner audiences’ behaviours and funnel performances, as well as test innovative marketing campaigns and drive improvements to key metrics.

      WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

      • You elaborate and continuously improve our partner-facing CRM strategies for marketing, with the goal of empowering our partners for growth and establishing Zalando’s credibility in the fashion industry.
      • You collaborate with PM&C teams (Go-To-Market, Communication, Creative, Product Marketing) to develop, test and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns using HubSpot's suite of tools.
      • Together with the Enablement team, you provide recommendations and optimisation scenarios on processes, automated workflows and cross-functional campaign management, and you ensure their full operationality.
      • You set and maintain KPIs, reports and dashboards to efficiently monitor our CRM performances and increase its visibility across the department.
      • You provide analysis, reports and actionable guidance to PM&C leadership to continuously optimise our partner-facing touchpoints and campaigns.
      • You act as the HubSpot expert for the Partner Services business unit, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of its features, functionalities, and best practices. You coach and mentor team members on HubSpot usage, digital marketing best practices, and marketing automation techniques.

      WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

      • You have in-depth knowledge of digital marketing principles, including SEO, email marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, and lead generation.
      • You have a tracked record of delivering complex digital marketing campaigns and projects in a cross-functional environment.
      • You are familiar with customer journey concepts and loyalty/retention programs.
      • You are analytical and data-driven, with an eye for impactful content and problem-solving skills. Experiences with B2B marcom tech and analytics stacks are a plus.
      • You possess strong collaboration skills and you embrace change, with the ability to work effectively in international and cross-functional teams.
      • You have excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
      • You prioritise and manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively. Experience with project management tools like Asana, Jira, Trello is a plus.
      • You know how to effectively communicate complex marketing and technical concepts to audiences who do not possess these knowledges (yet).
        Relevant HubSpot certifications are highly desirable.
