      Location: Must be within a 50 mile radius of a Pulse Point location.

      This position will take part in Elevance Health's hybrid workforce strategy which includes virtual work and 1-2 days in office per week.

      Marketing Manager - Performance Media and Channel Activation, Digital Media, Elevance Health, Inc.

      The Marketing Manager is part of the enterprise Omnichannel Marketing organization. This individual will be accountable for leading the acquisition-focused digital media strategy across a modern marketing organization. The successful candidate will be an innovative, results-driven marketer with a passion for taking initiative, consuming research and market insights and exceling at creating, managing, and optimizing successful performance media campaigns.

      You will develop and implement innovative omnichannel paid media strategies that meet aggressive growth goals across the consumer journey. This includes working cross functionally with Performance Media associates and media agency partners to create innovative acquisition media plans, drive campaign production, and execute, optimize, and analyze omnichannel performance. You will lead the day-to-day tactical and strategic paid media operations and support marketing analytics and technology to drive performance improvements.

      You must be a data driven individual who is a self-starter and has a keen ability to adapt quickly to new opportunities and thrive within a supportive team.

      How You Will Make an Impact

      Primary duties for this managing level position, with moderate to advanced complexity and broad/enterprise scale may include, but are not limited to:

      • Builds and manages digital media marketing plans, supporting performance of multi marketing channels across the digital media landscape, including Paid Social, Display, and Paid Search.

      • Collaborates with key stakeholders and other Paid Media and Media Operations leads to manage a successful campaign.

      • Develop strategy and project plan to manage and execute Digital Media campaigns across several lines of business.

      • Supports development of digital media campaigns, including landing page development, media tag implementation, leveraging digital media tech platforms.

      • Use data and insights to optimize the media campaigns to meet the business goals of the campaign.

      • Serves as a single point of contact on marketing issues and resolution across multiple teams including marketing, procurement, compliance and media agencies.

      • Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.

      • Provides leadership and direction to marketing support and creative staff.

      • Organize and successfully manage campaign media budgets. Coordinate with (Marketing) finance team and Procurement on SOW, Purchase Orders, Media Authorizations.

      • Spearhead strategic innovation and testing roadmap to identify new avenues for growth.

      • Manage agencies and vendors to clearly communicate requirements, expectations, and timing and maintain high standards of excellence.

      Minimum Requirements:

      • Requires a BA/BS degree; 5 years of Digital Media experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

      Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:

      • Agency experience with digital media, and paid search specifically, a plus.

      • Requires strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills.

      • Results oriented.

      • Ability to roll up the sleeves to drive towards the key business outcomes.

      • Exceptional project manager. Can bring together cross-functional teams to get things done with an own-it attitude

      • Can recognize the opportunity and execute against it.

      • Candidate should have a strong understanding of audience and media buying.

      • Managed care experience preferred.

      For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $78,488 to $135,930.
