What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify marketing and communication campaign needs based on business objectives
- Develop themes and messages for marketing campaigns
- Manage all aspects of campaign development and execution from conceptualization to implementation
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness and analyze results to provide recommendations
- Ensure adherence to company risk and regulatory standards while managing project teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience managing marketing campaigns in a client or agency environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven experience as an Agency Traffic Manager or Project Manager
- Strong experience working in an Agile environment
- Proficiency in Jira or other project management software
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PM Certification
- Experience working with Marketing Scrum Masters for capacity planning
- Background in the banking or financial services industry
