      Big-D has an opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team based in Salt Lake City, UT.

      We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing and communications team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our culture and capabilities. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can effectively lead a team, manage marketing campaigns, analyze market trends, drive brand awareness, and communicate our culture to employees and customers.

        Responsibilities include:

        • Team Leadership: You will lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support and mentorship to help them achieve their goals. This involves setting clear objectives, delegating tasks, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
        • Brand Perception: As a Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in building and maintaining the company's brand image. This includes ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels, and monitoring brand perception in the market and with our employees.
        • Campaign Management: You will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital advertising, social media, email marketing, content marketing and events. This involves managing budgets, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies, and tracking campaign performance to ensure maximum impact and ROI.
        • Analytics and Reporting: You will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing marketing metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives. This includes using Google Analytics, Sprout and Wrike Project Management to track performance, generate reports, and suggest data-driven decisions.
        • Internal Collaboration and Communication: Effective collaboration and communication are vital as you will work closely with our graphic design team, internal business units, and departments.
        • External Collaboration: You will collaborate with external partners, such as web developers, agencies, vendors, and media outlets, to executive marketing initiatives created for the business units and departments.

        Qualifications:

        • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
        • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role.
        • Experience managing and mentoring a team of marketing professionals.
        • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
        • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
        • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
        • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
