      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain governance of overall HubSpot processes across marketing
      - Oversee lifecycle marketing, ensuring seamless integration between HubSpot and Salesforce
      - Support campaign execution and accurate reporting for marketing initiatives
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system infrastructure and troubleshoot tech tools
      - Support the adoption and training for newly implemented marketing technologies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience managing HubSpot marketing automation platform
      - At least 5 years of combined experience in roles such as project lead, marketing operations, or digital marketing
      - Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking and optimizing campaigns
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Strong project lead skills (PMI and/or SCRUM certification a plus)
      - Proficiency in other platforms such as Monday.com and various email marketing tools
      - Experience in implementing and onboarding new marketing tools and technologies
      - Familiarity with B2B marketing principles and client engagement best practices
      - Demonstrated strategic thinking with the ability to anticipate challenges and propose solutions
