      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and maintain the marketing automation platform (Marketo) and provide end-user support
      - Implement and integrate marketing technologies to enhance marketing operations
      - Collaborate with marketing and technology teams to ensure successful product feature delivery
      - Optimize operational email programs for accuracy and efficiency
      - Support lead management processes and maintain data hygiene for marketing platforms

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or Business preferred
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing and/or email marketing
      - At least 2 years of experience with Marketo and/or Salesforce CRM strongly preferred
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Working knowledge of marketing and email automation tools, particularly Marketo
      - Basic understanding of HTML
      - Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
      - Creativity and enthusiasm for emerging technologies in marketing operations
      - Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics and Amplitude
