      Job Purpose: The Product Marketing group is seeking a Marketing Production Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a diverse skill set that is a hybrid of expert project management, direct marketing administration, and copywriting. This role's responsibilities include managing the team's incoming jobs, working cross-functionally to define project scope, writing copy for deliverables, project-managing initiatives from intake through to completion, and owning the team's Salesforce Marketing Cloud email platform.

      Responsibilities

      Essential Duties:

      Capacity Allocation and Management
      • Assign incoming projects and tasks to appropriate team members.
      • Oversee work to manage and meet deadlines.

      Project Management
      • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders from Product, IT, and Sales.
      • Facilitate communication and coordination among stakeholders.
      • Ensure projects meet standards of excellence, with on-time delivery and proper tracking.

      Direct Marketing
      • Own and manage the team's Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, including the account contract and vendor relationship.
      • Create and maintain data extensions, understand data feeds and logistics, and troubleshoot issues.
      • Develop and build email campaigns including designing templates, using dynamic content fields, and ensuring accurate messaging.
      • Monitor and analyze email performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.

      Copywriting
      • Write engaging and persuasive copy for various vehicles including emails, sales decks, and marketing materials.
      • Understand the companies' personas and craft empathetic copy that is focused on value for the end user.
      • Deliver content that aligns with our brand voice and corporate positioning.
      • Perform other related duties as assigned.

      Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
      • Self-starter requiring minimal oversight with the capacity and motivation to contribute to the team consistently in a time-sensitive manner.
      • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
      • Excellent organizational skills with a flair for process administration.
      • Outstanding project management and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple jobs simultaneously.
      • Flexibility to pivot from project to project based on current organizational priorities.
      • Ability to organize, motivate, and effectively lead project teams of associates with diverse backgrounds.
      • Perseverance and drive to "figure it out" with an eye for details and strong critical thinking skills to help connect the dots.
      • Empathetic approach and desire to meet our consumers where they are, understand their positions, and produce effective deliverables.

      Qualifications

      Minimum Qualifications:
      • High School Diploma or GED
      • 5+ years of experience as a communications project manager, agency traffic/production coordinator, content creator, or similar product marketing role.
      • Proven project management experience with the ability to handle 5-10 multi-vehicle projects simultaneously.
      • Demonstrated proficiency and strong working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Connector.
      • Strong copywriting skills with a portfolio of work.
      • Experience creating and implementing consumer marketing campaigns.

      Preferred Qualifications:
      • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
      • Light HTML skills.
      • Familiarity with monday.com.
      • Knowledge of standard and current SEO best practices.

      Physical Requirements:
      • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to: stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and a variety of office equipment. Occasionally may need to reach, stoop, or kneel.
