What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create and manage engaging social media content across multiple platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest)
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic
- Analyze social media KPIs, track performance, and adjust strategies for optimal outcomes
- Monitor social media conversations, engaging with the audience and managing feedback

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in marketing or social media
- Proven experience creating and executing social media campaigns across multiple platforms
- Strong understanding of social media best practices, especially in regulated industries
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into actionable insights
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with influencer partnerships aligning to brand and campaign objectives
- Familiarity with the Speech Language Pathology field
- Proficiency in tools like Sprout Social and Canva
- Creative thinker with excellent communication skills and attention to detail
