Position Summary: The Marketing Project Manager leads the execution of high-impact creative initiatives, optimizing workflows and fostering collaboration across creative, marketing, production, and MLR teams. This role ensures seamless project coordination, efficient resource allocation, and compliance with regulatory guidelines while driving innovation and strategic alignment. With a strong focus on process optimization, timeline management, and cross-functional teamwork, this position supports the successful delivery of creative projects in a fast-paced environment
Core Responsibilities: - Lead project management workflows, ensuring seamless coordination between creative, marketing, production, and MLR teams
- Develop and refine processes to enhance efficiency while maintaining the highest level of creative excellence
- Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables, proactively identifying and mitigating risks
- Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation between clinical strategists and creative/digital production teams
- Act as a bridge between creative teams, marketing, and leadership to ensure alignment on goals and expectations
- Own the complete project lifecycle from stakeholder requests to execution
- Optimize workflows and resource allocation to support multiple concurrent projects
- Develop and implement best practices for creative project management, ensuring efficiency and quality
- Stay ahead of industry trends to leverage strategic thinking and drive cutting-edge creative initiatives
Experience, Education and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a related field is required
- 8 or more years of experience in creative project management or relevant field with a Bachelor's degree - OR -
- 6 or more years of experience in creative project management or relevant field with a Master's degree
- Proven expertise in managing creative workflows within healthcare marketing and advertising, ideally in an agency setting
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a resourceful and proactive mindset
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Wrike, Jira, and Confluence
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume creative environment
- Capability to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 pounds as needed
- Occasional travel as needed
