What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop persuasive proposals, presentations, and marketing materials in collaboration with sales leaders and pursuit teams
- Support client development by coordinating meetings, events, and information packages for Client Service Managers (CSMs)
- Implement market area growth strategies in coordination with other marketers and senior technical staff
- Facilitate client service team meetings and collaborate with external partners
- Maintain organized marketing materials, qualifications statements, and project descriptions to reflect firm strengths

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Journalism, or Marketing preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a related role, preferably in engineering, environmental, architectural, or construction fields
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with excellent persuasive writing and presentation abilities
- Ability to multitask and work independently as well as collaboratively under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with InDesign is highly preferred

- Experience coaching others in interviews and presentations
- Ability to identify key issues and patterns from partial or conflicting data
- Willingness to travel up to 10%
