What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement three to five marketing campaigns per cycle for trade and kids’ books
- Customize marketing strategies for individual book campaigns to maximize reach and impact
- Collaborate with the publishing team and authors to execute strategic marketing plans
- Provide support across various tasks and projects as directed by the Marketing Manager
- Represent the employer at industry events, promoting the mission and products

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, public relations, or an advertising agency
- Proficient in developing and executing effective marketing strategies for book promotions
- Skilled in client management and relationship building with authors and partners
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the publishing or media industry
- Familiarity with project management software such as Workfront
