What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute email and automated lifecycle marketing campaigns to drive customer adoption and revenue
- Build nurture campaigns using marketing automation tools through intelligent segmentation and optimization
- Gain a deep understanding of customer goals and how to effectively reach them
- Coordinate messaging strategy throughout the entire customer lifecycle
- Foster strong customer relationships to facilitate cross-selling and upselling of products
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in customer marketing and/or demand generation
- At least 1 year of experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot experience is a bonus)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with advertising platforms such as Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Basic copywriting skills for crafting email and ad messaging
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally, particularly with Sales teams
