      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary contact for sponsors, leading kick-off calls and managing communication
      - Plan, execute, and optimize multichannel marketing campaigns across various platforms
      - Manage the creation and publishing of sponsor content across different content management systems
      - Oversee paid social media campaigns, including audience targeting and performance analysis
      - Track key metrics and analyze campaign performance to adjust strategies based on insights

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role, managing communications
      - 1-2 years of experience in HubSpot with a strong understanding of email marketing automation
      - Proficiency in WordPress and/or Shorthand for designing client content pages
      - Experience managing paid social media campaigns with budgeting and performance tracking
      - Strong project management skills with experience in tools such as Wrike or Asana

      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Experience collaborating with designers, writers, and marketing teams
