      The Qualifications We're Looking For

      • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or a related field.
      • 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a B2B setting.
      • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
      • Experience managing social media platforms, content calendars, and analytics.
      • Knowledge of video editing tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Canva video.
      • Bonus points for familiarity with HubSpot, WordPress, or basic HTML/CSS.
      • A go-getter attitude with strong project management skills.

      Design & Branding

      • Create eye-catching visuals for digital and print, including social media, website content, event materials, sales collateral, and presentations.
      • Develop polished templates for case studies, whitepapers, and long-form content.
      • Collaborate with stakeholders to design assets for client presentations, and internal meetings and events.


      Social Media Management

      • Develop and execute a killer content strategy to boost brand awareness and engagement.
      • Design scroll-stopping graphics, animations, and short-form videos for social platforms.
      • Plan, schedule, and manage a content calendar that keeps our brand front and center.
      • Monitor engagement, analyze performance, and optimize strategy to grow our audience.
      • Engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and interactions.


      Video & Multimedia Content

      • Create compelling video content for social media, email campaigns, and sales presentations.
      • Develop animations and motion graphics to enhance storytelling.
      • Track performance metrics and refine strategies based on insights.


      Essential Job Functions
