What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute recurring campaign processes including versioning, building production crosswalks, and setting up campaigns
- Maintain thorough campaign/project records using established department procedures
- Proactively communicate to keep marketers updated and manage expectations with partners
- Work across multiple teams such as Marketing, Creative, Legal, and Regulatory
- Use project management tools to set up touchpoints and support customized campaigns
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of marketing, marketing operations, or project management experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Professional software
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with accuracy and consistency
- Strong organizational skills and experience tracking multiple project timelines
- Proven ability to communicate professionally with cross-functional teams

- Experience with project management systems
- Healthcare industry experience
- Comfortable learning and using new platforms/software
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and learn quickly
