What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, execute, and optimize social media marketing campaigns across various platforms to attract potential candidates
- Create engaging content for digital, social, print, and video that aligns with the company's brand voice
- Actively source talent through social media platforms and promote job opportunities
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Marketing teams to enhance recruitment marketing strategies
- Analyze and optimize social media campaigns to improve candidate engagement and conversion rates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing focused on talent acquisition
- Proven experience in social media sourcing and using platforms to identify and attract talent
- Strong experience with paid marketing campaigns across social media platforms
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with video content creation and basic video editing skills
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools to drive decision-making and campaign optimization
- Experience with WordPress or web design
