What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage daily technology and training tasks to ensure seamless operations across the marketing department
- Serve as the primary point of contact for sales teams and stakeholders, addressing inquiries and ensuring high-quality service
- Oversee the onboarding process for new loan officers and employees, ensuring consistent communication and setup of technology platforms
- Organize and schedule training sessions for loan officers on marketing platforms
- Coordinate logistics for company webinars and internal calls to facilitate successful virtual events

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or administrative support role
- Experience in customer service or client-facing roles with effective communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other project management software
- Basic knowledge of troubleshooting common technology issues and managing social media posts

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for designing marketing collateral
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Sendible)
- Experience in coordinating or assisting with company events and handling logistics
