Job Description

- Deep understanding of end users, their journeys, and our products, to drive personalization, segmentation and automation.
- Identify data process improvements and prioritize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Design, test, and execute marketing automation campaigns, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Be the internal subject of matter expert when it comes to technical integrations and share marketing automation best practices.
- Analyze marketing data for insights and optimization opportunities.
- Research and evaluate innovative technologies to assess their compatibility with company objectives and goals, providing recommendations on adoption or integration based on thorough analysis.
- Foster a culture of testing and learning to drive innovation in communication channels.
- Proficient in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
- Proficiency in Performance Marketing
- Strong understanding of digital marketing components, including web, social media, SEO and automations.
- Experience in data management, transformation and architecture.
- Proficient in managing leads, inbound marketing, sales funnels, segmentation and digital integrations.
- Knowledge of GDPR email marketing concepts and best practices.
- Collaborative with excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated with a mix of creative and analytical thinking.
Össur is looking for an experienced Marketing Technology Specialist with a strong background in marketing technology. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to support our digital transformation journey by demonstrating a passion for connecting the B2C end user journey with our B2B customers. The focus includes optimizing marketing automation touchpoints for end user brand awareness, nurturing and loyalty, and converting lead generation into sales through B2B channels.
