What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Edit high-quality video content for various channels, including social media, websites, and email campaigns
- Plan and execute video shoots, including setting up equipment, directing, and capturing footage
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to conceptualize and produce video content
- Manage the end-to-end video production process, including pre-production, shooting, editing, and post-production
- Monitor video content performance metrics and refine strategies based on analytics

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects)
- Experience in video shooting and a solid understanding of camera equipment and techniques
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Film Production, Communications, or a related field
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines
