What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to promote the brand
- Create and manage content for social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms
- Generate leads and drive sales through effective marketing strategies
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as necessary
- Maintain and update the company website and other marketing materials
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a small business environment
- Knowledge of the Home Health Care industry
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2 years of business development experience, particularly in Community Health Care
- Ability to work independently with creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems)
