      Marketplace Relationship Manager


      Summary/objective

      The Marketplace Relationship Manager will develop and maintain relationships with partners and the organization. Provide ongoing relationship management, consult with partner and/or clients on marketplace products and act as liaison for questions from clients and partners. Build a rapport with others, including current partners and prospective partners. This position requires the ability to work independently as well as with a team, give great attention to detail and possess strong organizational skills along with the ability to handle high volumes.


      Core Job Duties

      • Manage and update company site for marketplace
      • Collaborate with marketplace integration team upon completion of technical integration to document partnership for internal teams, Network Partners and client.
      • Collaborate with Marketing and/or Product Marketing to create appropriate materials to support marketplace growth.
      • Coordinate and manage additional strategic integration projects as requested.
      • Manage complex, cross-functional projects across multiple teams.
      • Once a new Marketplace Partner contract has been signed, ensure project management system is implemented to fulfill obligations of agreement for contract term.
      • Work with Product Marketing and Operations team to operationalize and launch new marketplace partner products.

      Supervision

      Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.


      Experience

      Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience


      Minimum Qualifications

      • Typically requires an associate's degree or 3+ years' experience in relevant industry
      • Experience interpreting service agreements and contracts
      • General knowledge of HCM, payroll or benefits industry
      • General knowledge of or ability to learn website content management team
      • Excellent computer skills in MS Office suite required
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required

      Physical Demands

      Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
