Position Overview:
We are seeking a tech-savvy and motivated Master Data Analyst to join our Master Data Team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Master Data Management, the successful candidate will be responsible for various processes supporting our business as mentioned in the above section. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth within the organization.
Responsibilities:
Complete accurately all master data execution requests within service level agreements (SLAs)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of master data tasks.
Support change management and training as we integrate all sites within a unified, standard master data request process
Contribute to making the processes better, implementing standardized procedures and best practices.
Work closely with the Senior Manager, Master Data Management to define and refine operational strategies that align with our organizational goals.
How you will be measured: Main Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Master data requests completed within SLAs, according to the project scope, time, quality, and cost.
Rationalization of SKUs, and accuracy of SKU Bill of Material (BOM), customer, and vendor setups.
% of the company integrated into the standard master data request process
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in reliably supporting a business process.
Eagerness to learn new processes & functions
Detail-oriented with a commitment to upholding critical transactional processes.
Tech-savvy individual with a basic understanding of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (e.g., IQMS, Oracle), database management systems (e.g., SQL), and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.
Experience in developing presentations and conveying complex information to diverse audiences.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
Fluency in English and a second language as Spanish is a differentiator.
Desire to grow within the organization.
