      We are currently looking someone with a passion for Planning/Scheduling across Rail and Civil Infrastructure projects. We are looking for someone with a great technical skill set but equally strong client management, also someone who we could mentor to become an industry leader.

      Job Description

      We work on projects of all sizes from one-off developments to mega-programmes, from planning the future development across Infrastructure projects to site based construction of individual projects, while helping the largest companies in the world. We cover everything from leading teams, planning works, tracking progress and business case delivery to bringing assets into use.

      In a Master Scheduler role, you will have knowledge in:

      • Work in an integrated planning and cost environment within the project to optimise the use of available resources to complete work plan scopes within budget and time constraints.
      • Ensure that the established planning and scheduling methodology is followed in developing project schedule.
      • Develop Project Milestone and Progress tracking baselines.
      • Assess subcontractor compliance with established scheduling methodology.
      • Perform analysis of schedule data; identify trends, issues, and areas requiring attention to the Lead Planner and the Project Team.
      • Support schedule performance updates, analysis and reports in a timely manner.
      • Coordination with various team member and stakeholders to establish schedule inputs across pre-construction, construction and commissioning of major infrastructure projects
      • Monitoring, analysing and reports on schedule achievements and forecasting schedule progress

      Qualifications

      • Must be in Australia with full working rights.
      • Must have 8+ years of experience in planning or Project Engineering with some Master Scheduler experience.
      • A recognised Degree Qualification in a relevant field.
      • Relevant industry experience ideally in a consultancy environment.
      • Experience in planning & scheduling of capital projects.
      • Practical exposure to network planning structures and techniques, basic understanding of Primavera Project Planner 6.0 or above, and Microsoft Project.
      • Excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report writing skills.
      • Collaborative and ability to work as part of a national team.
      • Strong time management skills, quick thinking and resilience to deal with a fast paced environment.
