      About the Opportunity

      DMI, LLC is looking for a Master Scheduler to join us.

      Duties and Responsibilities:
      • Be responsible for developing and maintaining the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for network projects and service requests.
      • Oversee task sequencing, resource allocation, and dependency management to optimize service request fulfillment, network changes, and planned maintenance.
      • Coordinate with engineering teams, NOC personnel, and the Service Delivery Manager to prevent scheduling conflicts and ensure seamless implementation of network upgrades.
      • Integrate scheduling data with ServiceNow and other tracking tools to monitor project milestones and report schedule adherence.
      • Adjust plans based on risk assessments, Agile iterations, and change control processes.


      Qualifications

      Education and Years of Experience:
      • BS 5-7 Years, MS 3-5, PhD 0-2

      Required and Desired Skills/Certifications:
      • Experience in developing and maintaining integrated master schedules for IT projects.
      • Strong skills in task sequencing, resource allocation, and dependency management.
      • Ability to coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders to manage schedules effectively.
      • Familiarity with project scheduling tools, potentially including ServiceNow.
      • Understanding of Agile and change management processes in relation to scheduling.


      Additional Requirements: Successful completion of a Public Trust background investigation and a Public Trust clearance
