What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for network projects and service requests
- Oversee task sequencing, resource allocation, and dependency management for optimal service request fulfillment
- Coordinate with engineering teams, NOC personnel, and Service Delivery Manager to prevent scheduling conflicts
- Integrate scheduling data with ServiceNow and other tracking tools to monitor project milestones
- Adjust plans based on risk assessments, Agile iterations, and change control processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS degree with 5-7 years of experience, MS with 3-5 years, or PhD with 0-2 years of experience
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining integrated master schedules for IT projects
- Strong skills in task sequencing, resource allocation, and dependency management
- Ability to coordinate effectively with technical teams and stakeholders
- Familiarity with project scheduling tools, particularly ServiceNow
