Raytheon is seeking a Material Handler to perform a variety of receiving and inventory related functions within the logistics team. This role will be performed onsite in the Fort Wayne, Indiana location.

Responsibilities Include:

• Receive inbound packages at the dock.
• Verify content being received matches what is stated in material and packages are accurate.
• Process received materials and put in assigned locations.
• Use computer to verify inventory, make corrections, and input transactions.
• Ensure all hard copy documentation of transactions is correct, complete and entered electronically into system as required.
• Operate a variety of packing and labeling equipment.
• Follow approved packing methods to prevent damage to parts during transport.
• Carry out tasks, not specifically listed, within the scope and skill level of this job description in support of department objectives and to develop individuals' skills.
• Move material weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Utilize ergonomic lifting devices, as required for all material more than 25 lbs.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Required Experience:

• HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 1 year experience working in inventory, receiving, shipping and/or related field of logistics.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 83,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
