What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the implementation of large healthcare projects with limited oversight
- Apply advanced research and adult learning principles to project execution
- Develop new concepts and solutions for complex public health issues
- Coach, review, and delegate work to lower-level professionals
- Communicate with leadership and report to the Senior Director of Equity for Technical Delivery
- Manage interdisciplinary teams and serve as a direct supervisor for early- to mid-career staff
- Serve as a spokesperson on the company's technical capabilities and future directions
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree with 12 years of experience, Master's degree with 10 years of experience, or PHD with 8 years of experience
- Demonstrated commitment to equity-led approaches in supervision, project delivery, and business development
- Experience leading diverse teams in complex projects and overseeing administrative and budgetary components
- Experience in the maternal and child health space, preferably in a consulting or government environment
- Knowledge of Medicaid and value-based payment and care models
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with diverse clients and teams
- Hands-on experience with business development life cycle

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Coaching certification
- Experience with liberated gatekeeping and power sharing
- Familiarity with full business development life cycle in a consulting or government environment
- Superb problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues independently
