      The Opportunity

      TC Energy is looking to add an #EnergyProblemSolver in various locations to support our efforts in Energy Problem Solving and our daily operations .

      We are seeking students enrolled in Bachelor of Business or Management Information Systems or related Programs, in various majors and specializations .

      Our team provides strategic and technical oversight of physical security governance requirements across the enterprise.

      Term length is 3-months.

      What you'll do

      The successful application for this position will be support the following tasks:

      • Develop, format and upload physical security content for the enterprise (e.g., security moments)
      • Overseeing intranet maintenances and updates for Corporate Secuirty (i.e., SharePoint Administration)
      • Support data analysis and reporting requirements for Corporate Security initiatives
      • Support data analysis, interpretation and monitoring for Corporate Security governance goals, objectives, and targets
      • Support our Business Analyst on developing and automating reports and forms
      • Collaborate with other team members to support ongoing reporting initiatives
      • Perform other tasks as required

      Minimum Qualifications

      • Actively enrolled in a BBA undergraduate degree program, or equivalent, with at least one semester of education complete

      • Enrollment at an accredited university, and returning to school for at least one semester following your work term

      • Exhibit a safety mindset, in a professional and personal setting

      • Must exhibit the TC Energy corporate values and incorporate them into work activities and initiatives: safety, responsibility, integrity, innovation and collaboration

      • Legally entitled to work in Canada by way of Canadian citizenship, permanent residency or a valid work permit

      Preferred Qualifications

      • Strong interpersonal and communicative skills to work efficiently in a collaborative team environment

      • Committed to building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders

      • Knowledge of environmental sciences and will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

      • Ability to accurately analyze information and deal with ambiguity

      • Experience working in a dynamic and challenging environment, and adaptable to changing priorities

      • Ability to multi-task effectively, with strong organizational and time management skills

      • Reflective and committed to continuous improvement and personal development
