What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Digital Transformation and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) process deployment for aerospace customers
- Develop Digital Twin models and virtual engineering methods to enhance customer development processes
- Collaborate with global experts to create integrated simulation solutions for aerospace systems
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations for management and technical teams
- Participate in project delivery activities, including budget management and knowledge transfer to customers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- MS in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5-10 years of experience in system simulation and virtual engineering methods for complex aerospace systems
- Demonstrable experience with MBSE approaches and mechatronic system architecture modeling
- Knowledge of aerospace vehicle attributes impacting engineering design decisions
- Strong project management skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Understanding of disciplined Systems Engineering processes, including requirements analysis and management
- Experience with connecting system models to simulation activities across groups
- Working knowledge of various aerospace system simulation tools
