What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee daily operations of the Maryland Primary Care Program (MDPCP), including funds flow and program requirements
- Collaborate with Analytics and Product Teams for reporting needs related to MDPCP and CRISP
- Serve as the primary liaison to the Chesapeake Regional Information System for our Patients (CRISP)
- Develop internal and external communications and presentation materials regarding MDPCP and CRISP
- Monitor program changes and provide summaries to stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Strong knowledge of value-based care and familiarity with CMS programs
- Experience with financial data analysis and proficiency in Excel
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with profession-based telephonic or remote communication
- Familiarity with project management tools
- Previous experience working with EMR systems
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently
- Strong presentation skills for communicating with stakeholders at various levels
