Job Description

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Mechaniker.

Zusammenfassung der Position:

Der Mechaniker gilt durch sein Fachwissen als Ansprechpartner bezüglich Produktions-Equipments für Operations und unterstützt diese bei deren Anliegen. Er arbeitet gemäss den geltenden Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), den GxP-Richtlinien und relevanten Arbeitssicherheitsvorschriften.

Er erarbeitet Verbesserungsvorschläge und kommuniziert stets proaktiv und lösungsorientiert. Der Mechaniker ist für eine zeitgerechte Um-/Einstellung von Maschinen sowie die technische Unterstützung von Operations während der Auftragsdurchführung verantwortlich. Er ist verantwortlich, dass Maschinen zeitgerecht gewartet, kalibriert und repariert werden.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

• Selbständiges Arbeiten gemäss geltenden SOP's, den GxP-Richtlinien sowie unter Einhaltung geltender Sicherheitsvorschriften

• Verantwortung über alle seine Tätigkeiten und Funktionen technischer und administrativer Natur, insbesondere beim zeitgerechten Durchführen von Setups, Wartungen, Kalibrierungen und Reparaturen von Maschinen und Geräten

• Fortwährende Überwachung des jeweiligen Zustands der Maschinen, Einrichtungen und Werkzeugen

• Recherche nach möglichen Verbesserungen des Maschinenparks und dessen Handling

• Unterstützung des gesamten Facilities & Engineering Departments

• Durchführung von Schulungen und Ausbildung von Mitarbeitern nach Bedarf

• Pünktliche Bereitstellung von Berichten und anderen Informationen

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen beteiligten Personen, Gruppen und Abteilungen mit dem Ziel, die Zufriedenheit der verschiedenen Abteilungen

Mindestanforderungen:

• Vollständige technische Ausbildung.

• Kenntnisse und Verständnis der technischen Systeme sowie der entsprechenden SOPs im Arbeitsbereich.

• Kenntnisse in der Herstellung von pharmazeutischen Verpackungen für klinische Prüfmuster.

• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

• Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

• Fähigkeit, technische Details zu verstehen und Probleme zu lösen.

• Sicherer Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Computersystemen und Software.

• Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

• Fähigkeit, selbständig nach Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten zu suchen.

• Bereitschaft, Neues zu lernen.

• Hohe Teamfähigkeit.

Summary of Position:

The mechanic is considered a point of contact for other departments regarding production equipment due to his expertise and supports them with their concerns. He works according to the applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), GxP guidelines, and relevant occupational safety regulations. He develops improvement proposals and always communicates proactively and solution-oriented.

The mechanic is responsible for timely changeover/setup of machines as well as technical support of operations during order execution. He is responsible for ensuring that machines are maintained, calibrated, and repaired on time.

Responsibilities:

• Independent work in accordance with applicable SOPs, GxP guidelines, and compliance with applicable safety regulations.
• Responsibility for all his technical and administrative activities and functions; especially for timely setups, maintenance/calibrations, and repairs of machines and equipment.
• Continuous monitoring of the condition of machines, facilities, and tools.
• Research for possible improvements of the machine park and its handling.
• Support of the entire Facilities & Engineering Department.
• Conducting training and education of employees as needed.
• Timely provision of reports and other information.
• Close cooperation with all involved persons, groups, and departments with the aim of continuously increasing the satisfaction of the various departments.
• Handling action items that fall within the scope of activities.
• Ordering spare parts.
• Timely processing of maintenance orders in the maintenance software.
• Willingness to pursue further education if needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comprehensive completed technical education.

• Knowledge and understanding of technical systems as well as corresponding SOPs within the area of work.

• Knowledge in the production of pharmaceutical packaging for clinical trial samples.

• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written.

• Good English language skills, both spoken and written.

• Ability to understand technical details and fix issues.

• Confident handling of various computer systems and software.

• User knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

• Ability to independently seek out improvement opportunities.
