Job Description
- Req#: MECHA001974
- Completes diagnosis and repair of rental, non-rental and customer equipment
- Helps prioritize equipment repairs, parts orders and inventory controls ensuring timely "ready-to-rent" status
- Perform operational safety and condition inspections of rental equipment upon check-in/out.
- Assist customers and employees with loading/unloading equipment.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Minimum education requirement: HS Diploma or GED/equivalency.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and able to work full-time (40+ hours/week).
- One-year mechanical/maintenance experience; training and education is equal to on-the-job experience.
- Must own or be willing to acquire job related tools.
- Must be a problem-solver, excited to get your hands dirty and learn new skills.
- Proven self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to deliver a professional, customer-focused rental experience.
- Strong team-player with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- DOT Medical card preferred.
