- Design and model products in collaboration with structural engineers.
- Create blueprints and bills of materials for offsite manufacturing.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and contractors to ensure installation expectations are met.
- Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines.
- Proficiency in CAD, AutoCAD, Design, Drafting, Inventor, Solidworks, Creo, and ProE.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 6 months of experience with 3D modeling software such as Solidworks, Inventor, or Creo.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and external partners.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Work Environment
The office is small, with around 15 employees, and is looking to add 2-3 more detailers/drafters. Drafters will work closely with engineers and other drafters. The work environment is family-oriented with a laid-back atmosphere, offering flexibility in work hours as long as tasks are completed. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $31.25/hr.
