A gas turbine company in San Diego is looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in conducting comprehensive vibrational analysis tests for our esteemed clients. These tests, while semi-automatic, will require a strong foundation in mechanical design and engineering principles.

Key Responsibilities:

-Perform detailed vibrational analysis tests on gas turbine components and systems.
-Utilize advanced semi-automatic testing equipment to gather and analyze data.
-Design and implement mechanical solutions to optimize test procedures and outcomes.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
-Prepare detailed reports and presentations on test findings and recommendations.
-Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
-Work independently to manage and execute testing projects from start to finish.

-Experience working rotating equipment (pumps, compressors, turbines, engines)
-Experience working with gas turbines
-Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
-0-3 years of experience with vibration analysis
-General knowledge of finite element analysis
