      Mechanical Engineer/Project Manager – Los Angeles, CA

      Team member will work closely with lead engineers and clients on the mechanical (HVAC and Plumbing) portion of projects to:

      • Prepare designs and project deliverables for mechanical and plumbing systems
      • Remain responsive
      • Exceed client expectations
      • Meet multi-disciplinary objectives
      • Adhere to project budget and schedule requirements
      • Define project scope
      • Coordinate on project proposals
      • Provide construction administration services
      Minimum Requirements
      • Project management experience in the design of mechanical systems
      • Ability to lead and coordinate a team to complete project deliverables while exceeding client expectations
      • Proficient in Autodesk AutoCAD
      • Proficient in Revit BIM software
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office software suite (Outlook, Word, Etc.)
      • Strong desire to work with team members and maintain client relationships
      • Demonstrated previous success with project design from inception to completion
      • Fieldwork will be expected and require interaction with client personnel
      Preferred
      • LEED Accredited Professionals.
      • Experience with Educational and Telecommunications facilities
      • Interest in sustainable design practices and developing the firm's sustainable marketability
      • Participate in efforts to support an innovative and forward-thinking work environment
