What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Repair equipment using appropriate tools to conform to company standards
- Follow work-order directions effectively and perform work in a timely manner
- Identify causes of operating errors and determine appropriate solutions

- Assist in additional areas as necessary, following supervisor directives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and understanding of automotive/trailer mechanics
- Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a clean driving record
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including moving items up to 50 lbs
- Commitment to continued education on U-Haul equipment

- Previous experience in automotive repair or mechanical services
- Knowledge of U-Haul equipment and operations
- Experience with safety protocols in a mechanical environment
- Certification in automotive service technology
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
