Job Description

The Night Shift Mechanical Technician Supervisor is responsible for leading, supervising, and managing the assembly team during the night shift. The supervisor ensures the production line operates efficiently, meets quality standards, and adheres to safety guidelines. This role involves managing staff, resolving issues, maintaining equipment, and ensuring production targets are met.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and manage the assembly team during the night shift.
• Ensure the production line operates efficiently and meets quality standards.
• Adhere to and enforce safety guidelines.
• Resolve issues that arise during the production process.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to ensure proper functionality.
• Meet production targets and deadlines.

Essential Skills

• At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role within a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency in assembly, mechanical assembly, and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical construction.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with assembly line operations or other production processes.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Granbury, Texas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $34.00/hr.
