What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage advertiser account creation and onboarding at scale, ensuring accurate account access and billing configurations
- Build and execute advertiser campaigns for timely and accurate launches tied to significant media investments
- Collaborate with the Sales team to maintain accurate Salesforce inputs for campaign briefs and pipeline tracking
- Address day-to-day campaign issues or inquiries from Sales and advertisers, serving as the first tier of escalation
- Partner with the Catalog team to enable Advertisers to run campaigns against their full desired portfolio
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-4+ years of experience in Ad Tech and/or Ad Campaign Operations supporting Account Management or Sales
- Proficiency in various tech platforms, including CRM systems like Salesforce; SQL skills and analytics experience are a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and priorities while meeting deadlines
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accurate outputs across multiple workstreams
- Proven track record of leading projects and achieving business goals in a complex, fast-moving environment
