What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain hardware and equipment for the University Libraries Studios Network
- Supervise the Media Recording Studio and Studios Technology Lending Desk during weekends
- Provide technical support and assistance to patrons with varying levels of experience
- Document and track inventory, ordering, and maintenance processes as needed
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall user experience in the studios

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in a customer service environment or at a service point
- Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and maintaining equipment
- Knowledge of audio, video, photography, and/or media design hardware and software
- Prior experience supervising and training others
- Ability to understand and support emerging technologies and hardware

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience documenting and tracking inventory, ordering, billing, and/or maintenance processes
- Demonstrated experience instructing others in the use of technology
- Experience working in collaborative research environments
- Proven ability to organize physical spaces and manage logistics of a large number of physical items
