What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle customer inquiries and issues via telephone, internet, or written correspondence
- Educate and guide members on Aetna plans, tools, and resources
- Document and track member interactions and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
- Process claim referrals, complaints, and appeals
- Review member claim history and update financial data as necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Customer service experience in a transaction-based environment
- Experience in a production environment
- High School or GED equivalent education
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Medicaid or healthcare experience
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
