      Job summary

      We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Administrator to become an integral part of our welcoming and fast-paced primary care team. In this vital role, you'll help keep our operations running like clock work supporting day-to-day tasks, streamlining processes, and ensuring patients and healthcare professionals receive exceptional service every step of the way.

      Haven Health is located in Felixstowe with easy access and within 20 minutes of Ipswich.

      Whilst you will need Primary Care experience, if required, training will be given in unfamiliar aspects of this role.

      Main duties of the job

      • This is a varied role providing administrative support across the practice

      • Manage the completion of medical reports and insurance requests

      • Managing petty cash and reconcilliaiton

      • Prepare and create clinical rota's

      • Maintain accurate data entry into clinical system (SystmOne)

      • Online patient access

      • Support clinicians and management with day-to-day tasks and projects

      • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection standards

      • Liaise with patients, GPs, nurses, and external healthcare providers
