What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Teach students in both classroom and skills lab settings to prepare them for the CMAA exam
- Deliver established course curriculum and monitor student progress
- Assess students for content mastery and skills proficiency
- Troubleshoot classroom technical issues and track equipment usage and inventory
- Maintain student attendance and grades in accordance with established policies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have at least one year of experience as a medical assistant or medical front office staff member
- Expert-level skills necessary to pass the CMAA exam
- Associate's degree in a related healthcare field
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work with students of varying abilities from diverse backgrounds

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related healthcare field
- Five years of work experience in a patient care setting in clinical medical assisting or medical office field
- Proven ability to provide instruction in accelerated formats geared towards certification exam preparation
- Experience in teaching adult learners and working with Learning Management Systems like Canvas
