      - Review and analyze disputes, ensuring complete and accurate documentation
      - Render impartial payment determinations based on the No Surprises Act and supporting regulations
      - Request additional information as needed and document case details in the system
      - Research and apply federal healthcare regulations to case-specific situations
      - Ensure timely resolution while meeting productivity and quality standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Education: Bachelor’s degree REQUIRED; healthcare dispute resolution experience may substitute
      - Experience: Background in healthcare law, arbitration, dispute resolution, or claims adjudication
      - Strong critical thinking skills
      - Excellent communication skills
      - Knowledge of healthcare finance and proficiency in case management systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Law degree, RN, or paralegal certification
      - Healthcare coding knowledge
