Job Description:

3M is seeking Medical Assemblers for our Eden Prairie, MN location.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble/package manufactured products in accordance with applicable procedures
• Performs all quality checks in accordance with applicable procedures
• Escalate quality and other production related issues to lead and line coordinators for redress as well as document tasks and complete DHR records per cGMP standard
• Responsible for stocking raw packaging materials for items to be packaged
• Understand and follow all work-related policies and seek clarification as necessary to enhance compliance

**We currently have openings on all shifts.

• First Shift 6:00am – 2:30pm – Possible mandatory overtime
• Second Shift 2:00pm – 10:30pm – Possible mandatory overtime
• Third Shift 10:00pm – 6:30 am – Possible mandatory overtime

Required:

• Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
• Must be able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed

Preferred:

• 3 months of manufacturing experience

The starting rate of pay for this position is $19.14, with the potential to reach $20.64. This targeted compensation range represents a good faith estimate and can vary based on factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
