What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate with clinicians, patients, partners, and insurance companies via phone, email, and chat
- Schedule appointments and support the creation of scheduling templates
- Assist in patient video visits as directed by clinical leadership
- Gather and manage patient records, ensuring continuity of care
- Participate in quality assurance meetings and support the clinical team

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Medical Assistant Certification or equivalent (CMA, RMA)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant, preferably with orthopaedic experience
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and patient care practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite software, including Outlook and Excel

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with telehealth and video chatting
- Bilingual (written and spoken) in Spanish
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Familiarity with electronic health records and new technologies
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality care
