What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage clinic patient flow within the Health Services Unit's Ambulatory settings
- Assist Health Services staff by providing a broad range of healthcare services
- Perform delegated medical acts under the supervision of a physician, PA, NP, or RN
- Maintain accurate medical records and assist with patient examinations and treatments
- Ensure compliance with confidentiality standards regarding medical records

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience performing clerical services, including scheduling appointments and maintaining medical records
- Experience providing patient care services, such as taking vital signs and preparing patients for examination
- Ability to work with confidential medical records
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
